Nick Vivian selects sunlight, precipitation and vegetation as the subject matter for his paintings.

Since leaving art school Nick has been a professional artist for more than 40 years and has enjoyed a wide range of disciplines including large scale, mural painting in the palaces of the Middle East. He now focuses on his particular painting style on canvas. He has exhibited in numerous solo and group shows and his work is in many collections including those of celebrity and royal households. He has painted sixteen new pieces for the Great Fosters exhibition including the fabulous triptych above, entitled "Can't See the Wood for the Trees'.
